Our brand tracking for Waitrose now spans almost 20 years, a period covering the global financial crisis, Brexit, Covid and now the Cost of Living Crisis. We iterate and evolve the approach whilst enabling us to map against history to have a measured, strategic view of the market and Waitroses’ place in it. As well as the tracking, we work on audience strategy, segmentation and growth work – blending significant quant work with rich qualitative and ethnographic stories to layer solid evidence with human colour.
