For the past 15 years, our ad and brand tracking study for Waitrose has changed as dramatically as the supermarket landscape. We’ve adapted the project to capture these seismic shifts in the category, working closely with the Waitrose insight department using qual, quant, online and face-to-face methodologies. A flexible, ever-evolving approach to creating meaningful insight into shopper behaviour, brand perception and advertising response.
