Junior Researcher
Are you curious, confident and ready to be challenged?
Are you fascinated by brands, people and communication?
Do you have a strong academic background and great analytical skills?
This role requires a mixture of creativity, logic and people skills. You’ll need to think on your feet, hit deadlines and make things look great. As a grad we’ll quickly get you talking to clients and agencies, thinking through the implications of data and helping to write presentations. Day to day you’ll be using Excel and Powerpoint to chart and analyse data, Word to update and amend questionnaires, and Outlook (and the phone) to liaise with clients on their business or marketing questions (and how we can help answer them). We offer internal and external training, a competitive salary and benefits package and quick progression for the right candidate. If you think this could be you, get in touch with a covering letter, one page answering the following questions, and a CV tailored just for us.
- What makes an ad a good ad?
- What is a brand, and how do brands help companies?
- Is it better to be liked by a lot of people or a few people a lot?

Senior Researcher
Do you love research but tire of the same old methodologies and analysis?
Are you a great analytical mind who understands business and comms strategy?
Do you have a fantastic record of providing insightful, visually impactful research? Or are you looking to take that next step up?
This role requires you to take a ‘running start’ – we want someone who knows what to look for when presented with reams of data, who will always think about the clients’ strategy first and is constantly striving for a ‘better way’ to present their work. Day to day you’ll be charting, analysing, writing and debriefing presentations as well as supporting clients in understanding and solving those key business and marketing challenges that keep them up at night. We offer internal and external training, a competitive salary and benefits package and quick progression for the right candidate. If you think this could be you, get in touch with a covering letter, one page answering the following questions, and a CV tailored just for us.
- What is an example of an insight that has inspired you?
- In the first three months of joining, what could you offer us that no one else has?
- What is your ultimate job goal? Where do you want to be in 5 years?

Junior Data Processing
Are you highly numerate, logical and comfortable handling large quantities of data?
Are you curious, enthusiastic and driven?
Do you have impeccable attention to detail?
This role requires you to have them all.
Creating programs using market research software (full training provided, but prior experience is an advantage) to process large quantities of market research interviews into useful data tables. This in turn is used by the Client Service team to understand our client’s brands and to provide thoughtful insight (you’ll be part of the conversation too…). The role is therefore less about pure computer programming and more about the understanding and interaction of data with business. Strong office skills are crucial (Excel, PPT, Word etc.) and any experience of specific statistical software such as SPSS would be a bonus.
If you think this could be you, get in touch with a covering letter and a CV tailored just for us.

Senior Data Processing
Do you have experience in market research software (e.g. Askia, QPSMR, Decipher etc.), robust standards for data quality and an understanding of the relevance of data within a commercial environment?
Have you got a proven track record of integrity and accuracy?
Have you got experience in scripting or programming?
This role requires you to ensure all data analysis is 100% accurate and timely, sometimes working against tough deadlines and managing numerous projects at once. Management experience is a bonus, and it is expected that you will be able to train and monitor standards of data analysts across the department.
Day to day you will understand the client’s requirements for data analysis and liaise with account teams to manage workload - from scripting online questionnaires for data collection to writing and checking programs for data input, running tables and undertaking additional analysis when required.
If you think this could be you, get in touch with a covering letter and a CV tailored just for us.
